Sony has announced the new, limited edition VAIO Type T series notebook (VGN-TZ91) as a celebration to the 10th anniversary of the Bio Note 505. The design will look similar to the original T505. The VGN-TZ91 is powered by a 1.2GHz Core 2 Duo processor running on an Intel 945GMS Express motherboard with integrated graphics. Other features include Bluetooth 2.0, 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, ExpressCard slot and ports for SD/MMC cards. The VAIO Type T series is now available for pre-order in Japan until October 15th starting at 299,800 Yen ($2,558).
