I don't know about you, but I tend to use my arms to stay afloat in the pool - not to control my gadgets. But safety doesn't seem to be a concern to the growing number of companies launching underwater gadgets. And that includes Chinavision, which has launched what it claims is the world’s first waterproof digital video player.
It can operate in up to 10ft of water, with watertight earphones to keep it all private. The player has a 1.8-inch screen and is able to convert then playback MPEG, WMV, ASF formats, with audio support for WAV, WMA and MP3 formats. And there's 1GB of storage for your media.
No news of price or if this will make it out of China as yet.
