BenQ are adding two new cameras to the UK market at the end of the month, including the X725, described as the "world's slimmest" thanks to its 12.5mm width.
We'll be recording our thoughts on the £175 T700 very soon, but so far know that it's a still diet 14.9mm wide, stainless steel and available in black, silver and red. It's 7 megapixels with a 3in screen and described as "female friendly" (whatever you decide that means). The Pentax Super Multi-Coating lens bodes well for high contrast images, in any case.
The X725 packs 3x optical zoom and, as with the T700, the BenQ Super Shake Free (S.S.F.) system for a blur-free Flickr galleries at a slightly cheaper £165.
