Samsung have just announced their first touchscreen phone to use Immersion's VibeTonz technology that provides tactile feedback for touchscreen interactions. There isn't a traditional keypad, just a 260,000-colour QVGA LCD touchscreen display and the VibeTonz feature ensures the touches you make feel real and more like actual keys.

Other features include handwriting recognition, Bluetooth, a 1.3 megapixel camera with audio and video playback functions and eight preloaded ringtones. It'll be available through provider China Unicorn and Samsung's phone can work globally by using both CDMA and GSM roaming networks.
